International Orders 

If you are placing an order outside of the United States you may be subject to import taxes and/or duties upon your products arrival to your country.

Returns Policy 

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inform us if you have a complaint with one of your products. As for how you do so, a written email along with pictures of the issue must be sent to (miraclecardcare@gmail.com). Our quality control team investigates your issue and approves or denies the return. assuming we identify an error, we ask customers to ship their faulty product back to us using ground shipping, after which a full refund (or replacement, if you prefer) in seven-to-10 business days. Products must be unused and unopened with original plastic seal or tags.

 Products Disclaimer 

By making a purchase from miraclecardcare.com or Miracle Card Care you are automatically agreeing to our Terms and Conditions  and or our terms of service page. It is very unlikely to damage your cards from our products but yes it is possible . Using any solutions or products on delicate surfaces such as cards comes with risk. Even with very safe solutions and products. If the clear coating layer on your card is damaged (beyond scratches) is diminished or not there, card has to much ware or your card has a manufacturing defect where the ink layer is exposed then more damage can occur. Knowledge of what to look for comes with practice and we recommend using lower value cards to practice with until your confidence is built. Practicing with lower value cards or a base set card from the same set is highly recommended to avoid any potential mistakes. Also Some Newer TCG sets have a different protective coating/Top coating on them and we do not recommend using pre-grading solution on these types of holographic cards as the top layer/protective coat is more of a powder coating a pose to a polyurethane coating which is normally used. This is also why we recommend practicing on lower value cards to begin with.
Failure to wipe all of our products solution off and complete inspection of your card/cards to be sure all solution/products are off can damage your card also. You are responsible for your cards and have to make the decision if you should use any products on them, we are not responsible for any damaged cards or a decrease in value of a card/cards. For the best results be sure to visit our instructions page for specific details on how to use our products. Altered cards 

It is unlikely to have your cards come back altered from a grading company however it is possible. misuse of our products or failure to wipe all the solution off and fully inspect your cards after cleaning can results in a card coming back altered. We are not responsible for any misuse of our product or cards coming back altered as we are not the ones that are using the solution or products on your cards and can not guarantee that the person using our products have used them correctly.

When you conduct a purchase or leave an abandoned checkout we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
